Loading ...“Citizen Soldier” by 3 Doors Down is an excellent song, the music video of which depicts an American soldier through a number of phases of American military history, including the American Revolution (I fired the shot that started a nation) as well as World War II and the current wars in the desert. The song can be summed up by one of the music video’s parting words, “We are Free because of the Brave.” A little late for Veteran’s day, though.
