From what I can gather, it is just a (free style?) rap session that takes place outside of the United States (Columbia) even though the rapper is sporting the NY hat that has all but come to symbolize the rap scene on the East Coast as opposed to the LA of the West Coast. From what I see in the video and the way he is looking at me like I owe him money, I’m guessing the song isn’t about world peace and racial harmony.
